ARTWORK
Must have the artwork designed in a vector file or we can design it for you. You must have a clear concept of what you would like to be printed on the shirts if you would like us to design. If we design the artwork for you the price range is $10-$20 depending on the complexity.
HOW MANY COLORS ARE IN YOUR DESIGN?
The price of your shirts will be affected by the number of colors you have in your design and the number of locations. 1 color, 1location-least expensive, every color added will increase the cost of shirts by $50-$1.25 per shirt depending on the design and the number of locations.
TYPE OF GARMENT
The style and quality of the shirt/sweat/tank top, etc. will be important for pricing. See our online catalogs for options.
PRINT LOCATION
You will need to know whether you would like to print on the front full chest, front left chest across the back nape print near the neck, or sleeves.
QUANTITY
The number of shirts you have with the same print will be a factor in your total cost. Price breaks are at 24,48,72,144,250, and 500-roughly $10-$45 per shirt price difference between each break. There is a 12-item minimum.
SETUP
There will be a one-time setup fee per job. The fee is based on the number of colors.
Type of printing
Screen Printing
Screen printing is a classic and reliable method that we use at SELF INDUSTRY for producing vibrant, long-lasting prints. Ideal for bold designs and large quantities, screen printing involves applying ink through a mesh screen onto the fabric. This technique is perfect for creating solid colors and sharp details, making it a popular choice for sportswear with logos, team names, and simple graphics.
Digital Textile Printing
For more intricate designs with multiple colors and gradients, our digital textile printing method is the go-to solution. This advanced printing process allows for high-definition prints directly onto the fabric, capturing every detail of your design with precision. Digital textile printing is perfect for custom sportswear, allowing for full-color images and complex patterns with no limit on color variation.
Heat Transfer Printing
Heat transfer printing is a versatile method that uses heat and pressure to apply designs onto fabric. This technique is ideal for creating vibrant, detailed prints with a smooth finish. It’s particularly useful for small production runs and custom orders where flexibility in design is needed. Heat transfer printing is also great for applying names, numbers, and logos onto sportswear, ensuring a crisp and clean look.
Puff Printing
Puff printing adds a unique, raised texture to your designs, giving them a three-dimensional effect. This method involves using a special ink that expands when heated, creating a “puff” effect on the fabric. Puff printing is perfect for adding a tactile element to your sportswear, making logos and designs stand out both visually and physically. It’s an excellent choice for teams looking to make a bold statement with their apparel.
